Runway 30 Hold Apron Project

Public Works engaged a consulting firm in May 2017 for the design phase of the Runway 30 Hold Apron project on the airport.  The current hold apron does not meet current airport design standards, and does not provide adequate room for aircraft to maneuver.  This project will construct a hold apron of 20,000 sf of paved area adjacent to Osborne Street, near the end of Runway 30, and will accommodate three aircraft.  To enable the construction of the new hold area, the airport entrance road must be reconfigured.  Public Works may be soliciting Request for Proposals for the construction of the project in Summer 2018.

Project Status: Ongoing
Contractor/Consultant Opportunities: None
