    Home Banking - The Waterworks Districts now accepts electronic payments from many banking institutions. Contact your bank to see if you can pay your water bill through your online banking program.

  • Community Meetings on the Use of Granular Activated Carbon NEW
    The Los Angeles County Waterworks Districts conducted community outreach meetings to review with the Districts' customers the implementation of granular activated carbon (GAC) for the treatment of Antelope Valley East Kern Water Agency’s water to comply with new drinking water standards for trihalomethanes. The meetings included an overview of the needed facilities, changes in operation and maintenance, and the water rate modification to support the conversion. At the meetings, we distributed the MWH Technical Memo and a GAC Information handout.     Free Gardening & Landscape Workshop in Topanga for garden professionals to learn how to develop an ocean friendly garden with native plants, water-efficient irrigation devices, permeable materials and on-site water retention techniques. You can print a copy of the flyer and ask your garden professionals to attend this free class.

  • 2008 Water Quality Reports!
    The 2008 Water Quality Reports for the Los Angeles County Waterworks Districts, City of Lomita, and Peter Pitchess Wayside Honor Rancho are available online.

  • Malibu, Topanga and Marina del Rey Customers ONLY!
    Waterworks Dist No. 29 and the Marina del Rey Water System are in a Phase II water shortage, effective August 1. All customers are asked to reduce water usage by 15% from the average. Each customer will receive a letter with their target water usage as well as their 2008 usage for comparison. For a list of tips to cut water use by 15% click here.     Gardener Training Available in Malibu, Topanga and Marina Del Rey in Spanish for garden professionals to certify them in water conservation. You can print a copy of the flyer and ask your gardener to attend this free class. We will be taking reservations for future classes as well.
