The County of Los Angeles Public Works is inviting Design-Build proposals from interested firms to perform the design, construction, and warranty maintenance for the Los Angeles County Care Community on the Metropolitan State Hospital Campus located at 11401 Bloomfield Avenue, Norwalk, CA 90650. A pre-submittal virtual conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., via Microsoft Teams. Subconsultants are not required to attend. Those who wish to attend must click the link that will be posted on the Public Works website for BRC0000557 to join. Public Works recommends attendees are registered on Public Works website at least 1 hour prior to the conference. The link for the virtual conference and the link to the sign-in sheet will be posted below on the day of the meeting. Proposers must submit questions in writing and request information for this solicitation by 14 calendar days prior to the submittal deadline.

The Los Angeles County Public Works (Public Works) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Emergency Sewer System Rehabilitation and Sewer Pipe Lining Services located throughout the County of Los Angeles (County). The objective of this solicitation is to select qualified small, medium, and large size firms to provide the requested services. A total of up to four (4) on-call contracts will be awarded from this solicitation; two (2) small sized category firms, one (1) medium sized category firms, and one (1) large sized category firm.

The Los Angeles County (County) Public Works (Public Works) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering and project management support services for the Bouquet Canyon Creek Recovery Project (Project). The County's primary objective is to select a Consultant, who provides the County with the best relevant channel restoration design experience and expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a cooperative environment based on mutual respect, interdependency, collaboration, and open communication. The Consultant shall obtain, review, organize, and incorporate any information pertinent to the study and design of a complete stream restoration and roadway project and must include all design, engineering, plans, specifications, estimates (unless otherwise specified), and permits.
